Sculptra is a poly-l-lactic acid filler made by Galderma. The FDA puts the working life of this material at Up to 2 years, and it cannot be dissolved. 43 of the 235 providers within an hour of Boulder name it on their own website.
Poly-L-lactic acid, the same polymer used in absorbable stitches. It adds almost no immediate volume; it provokes your own collagen over weeks to months, and it is given as a series rather than a single appointment. That series is why the per-vial price is close to meaningless and the course price is the number to ask for.
What it costs around here
Published locally at $675 to $800 a vial. Because it is a series, the honest figure is the course: one local provider publishes $1,900 for three vials and $2,480 for four. Filler pricing is unusually opaque locally: only 10 of the 142 providers offering injectables publish any filler price at all. Full local pricing is in the filler guide.
The Sculptra question that matters most
This one cannot be dissolved. Hyaluronidase breaks down hyaluronic acid and has no effect on it, so if you are unhappy you wait it out, and if there is a complication the options are steroids, laser or surgery rather than a clean reversal. That is the trade you are making, and it is a reasonable trade for the right person. It is not a good trade for a first-time filler patient who has not tried the reversible option.
Boulder-area providers that name Sculptra
Sorted by our published score. Every one of these is scored on the same rubric.
Read this list correctly. These are providers whose own website names Sculptra, collected July 2026. That is a strong hint, not a confirmation: a mention can come from a comparison page or an old post, menus change, and a provider who offers it without writing it down will not appear here. Confirm before you book, and treat this as a shortlist to call rather than a guarantee.
Before you book
- Do you actually stock Sculptra right now, and what does a full treatment cost?
- Why this product rather than an alternative for my face?
- What licence do you hold, and are you injecting on your own authority or under a physician's delegation?
- Is the area you're proposing an FDA-approved area for this product? Check here first.
- What happens if I get a nodule, and is that follow-up included?
